    • Once you receive orders to move, contact the Executive Management Housing Division (EMHD) at (703) 696-2623. They can answer all of your housing questions and provide services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements.

    The Marine Corps Community Services Division Henderson Hall is part of the Marine and Family Programs Division under the Deputy Commandant for Manpower and Reserve Affairs. The mission of the this base is to provide support in areas such as construction, technology, and accounting as well as a number of other service programs such as Casualty Assistance. The primary goal is to take care of Marines and their families through a variety of programs that enhance their lives. Recreational and fitness facilities are provided as well as family readiness and educational programs. Henderson Hall is located in Arlington, Virginia in the Washington, D.C. area.
